Before any design work, we establish what brings a customer to the site and what stops them taking the next step. That decides the structure: which pages are needed, what order the sections run in, and what has to be visible without scrolling.

We then build it to open quickly, work properly on a phone, and be legible to search engines from day one. Meta tags, structured data, sitemap and indexing are part of the launch rather than something added afterwards.

After launch we stay reachable: we check the key journeys, hand over access, and explain how to update the content yourself.
